Organize an educational center with its own identity that is capable of

insert all the actors of the educational task to the current reality

involving all activities aimed to fulfill the Mission of the

Establishment.

 

LEADERSHIP

• Organize a school in which each Member know and develop the role

that it deserves.

• Maintain cohesive work team.

• Organize the activities of the establishment according to the availability of

time and resources optimizing its management

 

 

CURRICULUM MANAGEMENT

• Clearly establish the guidelines to optimize the management of the

curriculum and its development in the classroom.

• Carry out the monitoring of the correct implementation of the curriculum according to the

requirements of the establishment, its work plan, insofar as the reality of

permitted by school type.

• The goals raised in the improvement Plan in times e

proposed indicators.

• Implement and enforce, in fact, the rules of evaluation of the

Establishment.

 

RESOURCES

• Maintain a constant stock of material that facilitates the teaching and

Administration using the available resources by law SEP

• Achieve, through appropriate management, the improvement of the conditions of

infrastructure of the establishment.

• Initiate negotiations for replenishment of the establishment

• Precautionary measures the correct use of materials and resources to improve the

educational action in the classroom.

• Promptly request the SEP law resources.

 

 

COEXISTENCE

• To disseminate and enforce, fittingly, the coexistence Manual of the

Establishment.

• Keep timely and duly informed parents and proxy of the

performance of their children or wards.

• Create a climate of cooperation and respect among all walks of life that make up

the educational center
